WE ARE THE HIRSCHEN GROUP, HOME OF THE BRAVE, ONE OF THE THREE BIGGEST OWNER-OPERATED AGENCY GROUPS IN GERMANY…
…and a platform for creative entrepreneurs.
Today, the Hirschen Group comprises three full-service agencies and five consultancies ummarizedg in specific sectors or fields of communication. Although each agency and consultancy is independent and has its own identity, we are united by our shared values and our belief in courage, entrepreneurial spirit and creative freedom. All in all, our platform combines the expertise of more than 800 fantastic individuals.
Communication happens 24/7 across all channels. As for how this communication takes place – the messages shared, the target group, the time, the channel, the purpose – that differs depending on the context.
We have the ideal experts for every scenario and can put together flexible, project-based teams at short notice when needed, including in a crisis. We can even build tailored agencies. The collaborative power of the Group helps us to do this: It gives us access to experts in all fields and specialist disciplines.
It is the individuality of our brands with their different specialist areas that sets us apart and makes us a success. Our brands are always on top of the latest trends and technological advances, and are keen to try new things and grow with their customers. This broad positioning with a shared interest in collaboration and mutual support makes us strong and resilient.

Decentralisation has always been core to how the Hirschen Group operates. We think globally and regionally. We are wherever our employees and their teams decide to work: at our more than 20 units across 10 locations and beyond. Our system knows no borders. This means that our agency and consulting brands are always close to their customers.
On an international level, we are an independent agency group in the global communication network WPP, connected to over 100,000 experts in 111 countries.
We have laid down our core principles in the Hirschen Group manifesto.
